This is an authentic custom PS4 controller. Most of the above options all have a soft touch velvet like finish. The chrome and the colorshift controllers have a smooth glossy finish. Included in the standard retail box as well as an instruction manual. All of our controllers are assembled in the USA by our controller technicians at Gamenetics️. A little bit about our process 1. We purchase brand new PS4 controllers and our custom made front shells and parts from suppliers. 2. We receive them into our warehouse, based in Bangor, ME. 3. The controller technicians then carefully open up the new PS5 controller along with the parts to customize. 4. They then disassemble and reassemble the controller with the new parts on the controller. 5.
