The fit is good. The sound is great. However, if you’re a side sleeper, this isn’t the most comfortable. The speakers are hard. Perfect if sleep on your back though.

 This has been an amazing way to listen to all types of audio while I am laying down without having to worry about breaking a pair of headphones or losing my earbuds. I was looking for something that I could listen to all types of audio comfortably while in my bed and this headband was exactly what I had been looking for. The band itself is super soft on the outside and on the inside and that makes it perfect for wearing for long periods of time. The headband also is not too tight on my headwear. It feels like it is squeezing me but also not too loose where it falls off while I am wearing it. This combo makes me forget I am even wearing it most of the time. The headband also has great speakers that it uses and I have been able to listen to music to go to bed along with podcasts and both sound great. I love how once I sync my phone I do not need to touch it anymore to pause or skip songs and even more importantly I can change the volume all right from the headband.

These headphones are really comfy to wear in bed. I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep, so I listen to music to stop the mind racing. The sound quality is surprisingly good for this inexpensive pair. I bought a pair for the husband as well. The only thing is that if I wear them from say 3 AM to 8 AM, I need to charge the battery to be ready for the next night. Not a big deal. Just have to remember. I would buy them again and definitely recommend them. There are all kinds of sleep sounds you can listen to on Prime Music, or just your favorite music to help lull you back off to sleep.

 The headband is comfortable with just enough stretch. The sound is nice quality as well. The charging cord was missing from the shipment, however. I have reached out to customer service and am still waiting for the cord.

I struggle with insomnia, have for years. I’ve tried everything and nothing has really worked. Until now.

These sleep headphones are very comfortable, not restrictive, easy to pair, and control. Being able to listen to something and distract my anxious brain has literally been a life changer for me. I used to get 4 hours of sleep max because of all the tossing and turning. I’m now at a solid 7 hours, working towards 8. Great value for what I paid for them…truly these are priceless to me. I will buy another pair in a heartbeat if these stop working for any reason.
