Q: I purchased a SIM car through speedtalk with a 1 year subscription.The SIM was inserted into the GPS tracking device and powered on but when I open the tracker app, it locates my phone instead of the GPS device.
A: you need to set the APN. Do the following:
1. Charge the device for 8 hours.
2. Install SIM CARD.
3. The most important step: put the equipment in a place with a good outdoor signal and set up the APN.
4. Send instructions to the device: APN123456 mobilenet
